| Chiniot Police has arrested several notorious and most wanted car lifters in recent operations with the support of the Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell's team. These offenders have confessed of lifting vehicles from various districts of Punjab. While most of these cars were smuggled to the province of Baluchistan & KPK, a few of them were being sold and used locally. Vehicle laboratory tests were performed on these cars to decipher the original Chassis/VIN numbers and identify the owners. Vehicles were also hand over to their actual owners during joint press conferences at Police Line of District Chiniot. |
